Role Description
SVR Global LLC is seeking a motivated Executive Assistant with 0 to 2 years of experience for a full-time, on-site role in Dubai. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing executive administrative tasks, preparing expense reports, coordinating schedules, and providing support to leadership. Additional responsibilities include effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, organizing meetings and events, and performing general administrative duties to ensure smooth office operations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance, including organizing schedules and managing executive-level tasks.
- Experience in preparing and managing Expense Reports and handling financial administrative duties.
- Strong skills in Executive Support and Administrative Assistance, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with teams, stakeholders, and clients.
- Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in using office productivity tools (e.g., MS Office Suite).
- Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience in similar roles or internships is an added advantage.
