Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant, located in Alexandria, Egypt. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance, supporting executives in their daily tasks, preparing expense reports, and facilitating communication. The role involves delivering high-level administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of executive functions.

Qualifications

  • Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills
  • Experience with Executive Support and preparing Expense Reports
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in office software and tools
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Relevant experience in a similar role is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
