Role Description

As part of our continued growth and expansion in the hospitality sector, we are hiring a full-time, on-site Executive Assistant in Dubai to support senior leadership and help ensure the business operates with structure, precision, and efficiency as we scale.

This role goes far beyond classic administrative support. The Executive Assistant will act as a trusted partner to leadership, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling communication, and ensuring priorities are organized and executed at a high professional standard. You will be involved in cross-department coordination, support project follow-ups, and help maintain smooth internal workflows across the organization.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance
  • Proficiency in preparing and managing Expense Reports
  • Experience in providing Executive Support, including calendar management and travel arrangements
  • Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently
  • Familiarity with office software tools and task management applications
  • Previous experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry is an advantage
