Your role is to free the CEO from administrative tasks so he can spend his time on strategic tasks that create greater value for Transcorp. You will be responsible for providing support to the CEO and office administration. You'll have access to highly confidential information, so high discretion is required.
Duties and Responsibilities
EA
Arranging travel, business visas and accommodation and preparing complex travel itineraries
Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
Reminding the CEO of important tasks, meetings and deadlines
Provide general assistance in preparing presentations and setting up meetings
Ensuring that Senior Management has provided the necessary reports on time as requested by the CEO
Produce documents, briefing papers, reports, and comms drafts for the CEO
Conduct or prepare any research that the CEO may require
Prepare documents or materials required by the CEO when attending conferences or external events
Assist in preparing reports and metrics for management
Any ad hoc job requirement as delegated by the Line Manager
Admin
Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
Provide reception support such as meeting and greeting visitors and directing them to the right person
Ensure that meetings rooms are ready and set up for meeting
Monitor the book inventory in the library
Supports the Social Squad in organising events
Assist HR in the office improvement plan
Maintain office supplies, records, correspondence, and filing systems.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers for office maintenance and logistics
Support meeting arrangements, travel coordination, and scheduling.
Maintain professional standards in all administrative activities
Handle calls, correspondence, and visitor management with professionalism and courtesy
Ensure a seamless front-of-house experience for clients, guests, and partners
Administer employee leave, attendance, and employee records accurately.
Ad hoc duties as assigned by the reporting managers.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in administration, EA or similar role
