About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Executive Assistant & Business Development(EA & BD) Associate to provide dedicated support to our Managing Director while also helping drive London Strategy's market presence and growth activities.

This is a varied role combining high-level executive support with business development coordination, supporting outreach, networking, events, and client engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate is confident, polished, and comfortable working in a fast-paced consulting environment with senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Executive Assistant Support (Managing Director)

  • Provide dedicated Executive Assistant support to the Managing Director, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination across time zones.
  • Prepare and coordinate agendas, presentations, reports, and briefing materials.
  • Act as a trusted point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and follow-ups.
  • Manage expenses, invoices, and administrative tracking, ensuring timely submissions and approvals.
  • Coordinate meeting logistics including scheduling, dial-ins, room bookings, and minute-taking where required.
  • Support ad-hoc operational and administrative projects as required.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Business Development

  • Support the company's business development efforts by helping increase digital presence and market visibility.
  • Coordinate networking activity, including outreach and relationship-building initiatives with clients, partners, and industry contacts.
  • Organise and manage company events such as coffee mornings, client meetings, networking sessions, and roundtables.
  • Schedule business development meetings, manage follow-ups, and maintain tracking of outreach and engagement activity.
  • Support preparation of pitch materials, proposals, and presentations to position London Strategy in the market.
  • Assist with planning and coordination for participation in industry expos, conferences, and events, including logistics and event preparation.
  • Help ensure London Strategy is consistently and professionally represented across external interactions and communications.

Internal Coordination & Team Support:

  • Assist with internal events, team meetings, and global offsites.
  • Support coordination across internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of priorities and deadlines.
  • Maintain clear documentation, action logs, and follow-up tracking to ensure accountability and execution.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Team Assistant, Operations Coordinator, or similar role, ideally in consulting or professional services.
  • Experience supporting business development activities such as outreach, events, client coordination, or market engagement is highly desirable.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and external partners with professionalism and discretion.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Calendar tools).
  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Management, Communications, Marketing, or similar (nice to have)
  • Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal English. Arabic language skills are a plus.
