The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance for high level executives. They should be well-organized and be comfortable scheduling meetings and responding to emails on the executive's behalf. Lastly, this individual should be able to draft documents and help the executive with any necessary meeting preparations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO's complex calendar, prioritising meetings, travel, and commitments across multiple time zones with precision and foresight.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal teams, board members, investors, and external stakeholders.
- Prepare briefing documents, presentations, agendas, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel — flights, accommodation, visas, and detailed itineraries.
- Track action items and follow up with department heads to ensure CEO-level priorities are executed on time.
- Manage confidential information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
- Screen and triage communications including emails, calls, and requests, responding or escalating as appropriate.
- Plan and coordinate executive events, offsites, leadership summits, and board meetings.
- Handle ad hoc personal and professional tasks as required by the CEO.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- 3-4 years as Executive assistant, ideally to C-suite
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
