Job Description

This is a rare and high-impact opportunity to support the Chairman and senior leadership at the very centre of the organisation. The role requires impeccable judgment, absolute discretion, and the ability to operate with confidence in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

As Executive Assistant to the Chairman, you will act as a trusted strategic partner, managing complex business and personal priorities. You will oversee demanding schedules, sensitive communications, VIP engagements, and coordination across multiple entitiesalways staying several steps ahead to ensure seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Chairman's calendar, inbox, meetings, and travel logistics with foresight and precision
  • Prepare, review, and handle executive correspondence, presentations, reports, and confidential documentation
  • Serve as a key liaison between the Chairman, executives, board members, and high-profile external stakeholders
  • Act as a true gatekeeper, triaging communications and protecting executive focus and priorities
  • Attend meetings, capture minutes, track action items, and drive follow-ups to completion
  • Coordinate across departments and business units to support strategic initiatives and leadership alignment
  • Provide support on personal matters including property, private travel, and lifestyle arrangements
  • Anticipate needs, identify risks, and proactively resolve issues before they escalate
  • Build trusted relationships across the organisation to enable smooth information flow and execution
  • Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion at all times

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 3 years experience supporting C-suite executives, founders, or principals (UK and UAE experience preferred)
  • Highly proactive, adaptable, and calm under pressure in dynamic environments
  • Exceptionally polished verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organisational, planning, and project coordination capabilities
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage (bilingual or trilingual preferred)
  • Meticulous attention to detail with a solutions-driven mindset
  • High emotional intelligence and sound judgment when handling sensitive matters
  • Flexible with working hours to provide senior-level executive support
