Role Purpose
The Executive Assistant's duties and responsibilities focus on providing experienced executive administrative support to the VP Administration, Executive Director of ERI Operations and the team in delivering efficient and timely outcomes. This support encompasses a variety of tasks related to organization, communication, events and logistics, and involves the professional handling of confidential and time sensitive material, and engagement with senior personnel from within and outside NEOM. It also requires a significant degree of flexibility and responsiveness to address urgent deadlines and out-of-hours requests.
Key Accountabilities & Activities
Stakeholder management
- Provides administrative support to ensure the efficient and effective operation of a busy team.
- Supports team organization and clear communication.
- Schedules, organizes, and prepares for events and meetings, including gathering documents and attending to the logistics, also supporting meeting attendees from outside the team.
- Takes accurate minutes of meetings and provides corresponding documentation in a timely manner.
- Supports the onboarding process of new staff.
- Contributes to ERI sector in general by providing support to other teams when needed.
- Prepares well-organized travel itineraries for domestic and international travel, including booking flights and other transport, and makes hotel and restaurant reservations.
- Maintains supplies and stationery requirements.
- Keeps computer databases up to date.
- Performs any other related duties as needed.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Reporting and administrative writing skills
- Comfortable with using Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to pay attention to detail
- Organization skills and ability to multitask
- Able to use ERP software
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent education required.
- 5+ years of executive assistant or equivalent administrative experience.
- Knowledge of appropriate software including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat
