Job Description


We are looking for a highly organized and proactive #Executive #Assistant to the CEO to support daily operations, communication, and coordination across the organization. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the CEO's calendar, meetings, and daily schedule.

- Prepare agendas, briefs, presentations, and reports.

- Draft and review professional correspondence.

- Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.

- Coordinate with internal departments and track ongoing projects.

- Handle travel arrangements, documentation, and administrative tasks.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.

- Excellent Arabic & English communication skills.

- Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and communication tools.

- High professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
