Luxury Yacht Hospitality is hiring a full-time Executive Assistant
Work directly with the founder of a fast-growing luxury yacht charter company serving international clients and high-end events across Egypt.
You will be exposed to luxury experiences, client negotiations, international clients and event operations.
The role involves executive assistance, client coordination, hospitality operations, and event management for luxury yacht experiences serving international clients. High professional presentation standards similar to luxury hotels are expected.
This role is ideal for someone intelligent, organized, and energetic who enjoys responsibility and working in a dynamic environment.
Salary: 12,000-15,000 Depending on Experience.
Working Hours: 1PM till 8PM daily. Sunday to Thursday.
Office Location: New Cairo Beside Mivida.
Environment: Office Admin, Meetings, Events.
This role requires initiative, responsibility, and the ability to operate in a fast-moving environment.

Tasks include:
Assisting with luxury yacht charter operations
Managing client bookings and coordination and communication
Supporting social media and communication
Handling incoming calls and WhatsApp inquiries
Coordinating with suppliers and obtaining pricing
Supporting social media and Canva design tasks
Scheduling meetings and assisting with logistics
Organizing databases and client records and social media content
Assisting with event planning and coordination
Working directly with the founder on daily business operations
Attend Meetings & Take Notes
Qualifications:
Previous experience in administration, hospitality, events, or similar roles
Strong organizational skills
Comfortable using Canva and managing social media
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-moving environment
Must own a car for mobility when needed
