Job Description
- Organising and managing the executive's calendar, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Preparing and reviewing correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Acting as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinating and managing confidential information with discretion.
- Assisting in the preparation and coordination of meetings and events.
- Monitoring and managing email communications on behalf of the executive.
- Supporting the executive with project management and task follow-ups.
- Maintaining an organised filing system and ensuring timely document retrieval.
The Successful Applicant
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic
- A strong background in administrative or secretarial support, preferably in the business services industry.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and other relevant software.
- The ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- A professional demeanour and attention to detail.
