Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Executive Assistant role located in Kuwait City. The Executive Assistant will manage a range of administrative and executive support tasks, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling internal and external communications. The role also involves organizing expense reports, maintaining records, and ensuring efficient operations of executive functions. The ideal candidate will act as a key support to leadership and contribute to a well-organized, efficient workplace.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
  • Experience preparing and managing Expense Reports and similar financial documents
  • Strong skills in Executive Support, such as prioritizing tasks, handling sensitive information, and supporting leadership, preparing presentations and briefs.
  • Exceptional Communication skills, both written and verbal, and ability to interact with diverse stakeholders. Must be bilingual in English and Arabic.
  • Proven ability in Administrative Assistance, including organizing records, handling correspondence, and ensuring operational efficiency
  • Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field preferred
