We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Executive Manager to work closely with our CEO. This is a critical role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can act as a trusted partner in managing day-to-day executive operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct, high-level support to the CEO
• Manage complex calendars, meetings, and priorities
• Serve as a key liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion
• Prepare reports, presentations, and executive communications
• Coordinate travel, events, and high-level meetings
• Anticipate needs and proactively solve problems to enhance executive efficiency
Requirements:
• Proven experience supporting C-level executives and we absolutely welcome fresh gradutes
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
