The Role

As an Executive Assistant, you will serve as a pivotal partner to our executive leadership, driving operational excellence and elevating the guest experience at Red Sea Global Hospitality. Your influence will extend beyond traditional administrative responsibilities, encompassing high-level strategic collaboration, project leadership, and operational innovation.

In this role, you will act as a critical liaison, ensuring seamless communication and alignment across departments to execute on strategic priorities. You will proactively identify and implement opportunities for operational enhancements, leveraging data-driven insights to inform guest satisfaction initiatives and optimize service delivery. Your expertise will contribute to shaping transformative projects, enhancing efficiency, and ensuring alignment with our core mission of redefining world-class hospitality through sustainability, innovation, and exceptional guest experiences.

This dynamic position will require you to balance executive support, strategic project oversight, and operational management, playing a key role in advancing Red Sea Global's vision as a leader in luxury hospitality and regenerative tourism.

Key Areas of Responsibilities

As an Executive Assistant, your primary responsibilities will be:

Administrative and Executive Support: Provide high-level administrative support by managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel and logistics. Maintain attention to detail in hospitality arrangements, anticipating executive needs, and ensuring efficiency and professionalism.

Strategic Project Leadership and Cross-Functional Coordination: Lead and oversee projects to enhance guest experiences, streamline operations, and refine processes. Use project management methods to define goals, allocate resources, and track progress through KPIs, delivering solutions that elevate hospitality standards.

Liaison and Strategic Communication: Serve as a key liaison between executives and departments, ensuring clear, accurate, and timely communication aligned with organizational goals. Translate executive priorities into actionable objectives, ensuring flawless execution across the organization.

Data Analytics and Strategic Reporting: Conduct research and data analysis to guide executive decisions, focusing on guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and growth opportunities. Use predictive analytics to anticipate trends and enable proactive strategies.

Operational Improvement Initiatives: Support continuous improvement initiatives, including team training, operational processes, and guest service protocols, to enhance the guest experience.

Executive Event Strategy and Representation: Lead planning and execution of executive events, ensuring logistics, venue selection, and guest management meet the highest standards. Collaborate with stakeholders to align event objectives with organizational goals, delivering memorable, impactful experiences.

Leadership in Luxury and Protocol Standards: Ensure the integration of high-profile guest protocols, royal standards, and cultural sensitivities into operations. Guide teams in delivering culturally respectful and personalized experiences, setting the organization apart as a global hospitality leader.

Additional Responsibilities: Perform any duties required to ensure smooth operations and support the organization's business goals.
