We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Executive Secretary to support administrative and coordination tasks and ensure smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will assist in managing schedules, preparing documents, and supporting executive-level activities.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing schedules, meetings, and appointments.
Prepare documents, reports, and correspondence.
Coordinate meetings and maintain proper records.
Handle administrative and clerical tasks efficiently.

Follow up on tasks and internal communications.
Support travel arrangements and logistics.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in a related field.
1–3 years of experience in administrative roles.
Good communication and organizational skills.
