Job Description

We are seeking a high-impact Executive Assistant / Strategic Business Partner to work closely with the Head of a fast-growing international hospitality and F&B division. This role goes far beyond traditional diary management it's a strategic, high-visibility position at the heart of global operations, supporting a diverse portfolio of brands, joint ventures, and international projects.

This Role is a 12 Month Contract (Renewable)

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide end-to-end strategic support to the Head of the division, acting as a true business partner and sounding board for key decisions
  • Prepare and refine executive presentations, board-level materials, pitch decks, and commercial reports with precision and insight
  • Build, maintain, and analyze advanced financial, operational, and commercial models to support business planning and performance tracking
  • Coordinate cross-functional and cross-regional initiatives, ensuring smooth execution, alignment, and timely delivery of objectives
  • Liaise confidently with senior executives, regional directors, general managers, and key stakeholders, representing the leadership office professionally and effectively
  • Support business development, investment, and asset acquisition processes, providing research, analysis, and documentation as required
  • Track, monitor, and follow up on initiatives and projects, proactively identifying risks, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
  • Continuously identify ways to streamline processes, enhance operational efficiency, and improve decision-making framework

Knowledge & Skills

  • 5+ years experience supporting senior executives, ideally at C-suite level, in multinational, investment, consulting, or corporate environments
  • Highly commercially minded, digitally confident, and detail-oriented, able to handle complex data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, comfortable building complex financial models, dashboards, and high-quality presentations for diverse audiences
  • Confident, professional, and persuasive communicator, able to influence stakeholders at all levels and challenge constructively when needed
  • Thrives in fast-paced, high-pressure environments, managing multiple priorities with calm, focus, and precision
  • Strong strategic thinking and business judgment, capable of seeing the bigger picture while managing critical operational details
  • Ambitious, career-driven, and motivated by high-impact work in a dynamic international environment
