To provide high-level administrative and organizational support to the CEO by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of daily executive operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, and internal/external meetings.
2) Coordinate and prepare meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-up tasks.
3) Draft, format, and edit reports, presentations, memos, and emails.
4) Maintain and organize confidential files and executive documents.
5) Arrange travel plans, visas, accommodations, and itineraries for the CEO.
6) Screen phone calls and emails, and prioritize communication.
7) Liaise professionally with internal departments, clients, and external stakeholders.
8) Monitor deadlines, tasks, and commitments to ensure the CEO stays on schedule.
9) Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and discretion.
10) Provide day-to-day administrative support and respond to urgent tasks as needed.
