About the Role

We are seeking a highly capable Executive Assistant to the CEO someone who can manage critical tasks, represent the CEO, drive execution, and ensure seamless coordination across multiple companies, regions, and teams.

This is not a basic administrative position.

We are hiring someone who can think, manage, follow up, and deliver on behalf of the CEO with full confidence and independence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the CEO's main coordination point for communication with internal teams and external partners.
  • Manage and prioritise the CEO's schedule, meetings, follow-ups, and action items.
  • Execute tasks directly on behalf of the CEO with accuracy, speed, and full confidentiality.
  • Support project management across sourcing, commercial, marketing, logistics, and operations.
  • Coordinate between teams in the GCC, Europe, & Asia.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, summaries, and business documents.
  • Track progress on ongoing projects and ensure deadlines and KPIs are met.
  • Conduct research and prepare briefs to support decision-making.
  • Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion.
  • Organize and manage travel arrangements and accompany the CEO on business trips when needed.
  • Ensure seamless communication, follow-ups, and strong representation of the CEO.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience supporting CEOs or senior executives.
  • Strong English communication skills; Arabic is a plus.
  • Highly organised, trustworthy, and able to work under pressure.
  • Strong skills in coordination, documentation, and follow-up.
  • Proactive approach able to anticipate needs and act independently.
  • Excellent PowerPoint, Excel, and email communication abilities.
  • Ability to travel with the CEO or independently for regional and international business trips.
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid arrangement (remote + office).
