The Role

We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support the Founding Partner directly.

This is not a traditional administrative role.

It is a high-trust, high-autonomy position for someone who can operate at the level of senior executives and international clients.

You will act as a force multiplier — ensuring the Founding Partner's time, focus, and external presence are optimally structured.

Core Responsibilities

Executive Support

  • Strategic calendar management (not just scheduling — priority architecture)
  • Inbox triage and draft responses
  • Travel planning across multiple jurisdictions and time zones
  • Meeting preparation, briefing packs, and follow-up tracking

Business Development & External Interface

  • Coordination of high-level events and conferences
  • Contact database and relationship tracking
  • Follow-up management across clients, counsel, experts, and institutions
  • Support on thought leadership logistics (publications, panels, speaking)

Operational & Personal Integration

  • Protect deep work blocks and help maintain a sustainable rhythm during high-intensity periods
  • Coordinate logistics around travel-heavy periods
  • Anticipate bottlenecks before they occur
  • Reduce cognitive load on the Founding Partner across professional and logistical domains

Candidate Profile

Required Experience

  • 5+ years supporting a senior partner, CEO, founder, or senior executive
  • Experience in at least one of the following environments:
  • International law firm
  • Private equity / investment firm
  • Top-tier consulting or professional services firm
  • Family office or UHNW environment
