Job Title: Executive Assistant to Managing Director
Position: Full time
Experience: 3-8 Years
Key Responsibilities
1. Calendar & Priority Management
Own and manage the MD's calendar aligned with business priorities
Schedule meetings with proper buffers, agendas, and preparation
Act as a gatekeeper for all meeting requests
2. Communication Management
Screen and prioritize emails, messages, and correspondence
Draft professional responses on behalf of the MD
Coordinate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
3. Execution & Follow-ups
Track key action items and ensure timely closure
Prepare meeting agendas, MOMs (Minutes of Meeting), and summaries
Drive follow-ups across teams to ensure accountability
4. Travel & Logistics
Manage end-to-end travel planning, itineraries, and accommodations
Handle expense tracking and reimbursements
5. Special Projects
Support in presentations, research, and strategic initiatives
Assist the MD in high-priority business projects
