Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Giza for an Executive Assistant to the CEO. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the CEO's schedule, preparing reports, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence on the CEO's behalf. Other responsibilities include coordinating executive communications, preparing confidential materials, managing special projects, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for the CEO. This role requires a proactive and highly organized professional with the ability to prioritize and adapt to dynamic business needs.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in scheduling, calendar management, and handling confidential correspondence.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in office tools and software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation programs.
  • Experience with event planning, team coordination, and project management.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain professional relationships and navigate different communication styles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Equivalent experience can be considered.
  • Professional discretion, adaptability, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
