Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Provides general coordination and administration support for example, minute taking, diary

management, travel arrangements, stationery and equipment for the department etc.

  • Acts as a focal point for cross-functional queries such as finance and invoicing, procurement, IT and Real

Estate

  • Manages events coordination and booking for internal and external functional events
  • Coordinates reports, briefing papers and presentations
  • Maintains documents and databases
  • Providing administrative and general support to project teams and to corporate managers when required

WORKING RELATIONSHIPS

Internal: P&O LT, wider P&O team, Finance, Supply Chain, IT, RES

External: Vendors and visitors

Qualifications

Knowledge, skills and experience:

  • Significant previous administration experience, ideally in a senior level environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Advanced experience of Microsoft office
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work on own initiative and to tight deadlines, prioritizing in a demanding

environment
