Executive Butler - Russian Speaker

We are seeking an experienced Executive Butler to join our luxury hospitality team. This role is designed for a servicedriven professional who embodies discretion, refinement, and exceptional guest care to support our VIP clientele.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalized, anticipatory service to VIP guests, ensuring comfort, privacy, and seamless experiences throughout their stay.
• Coordinate daily guest requirements including reservations, inroom dining, transportation, and special requests.
• Maintain strong communication with all hotel departments to ensure timely and accurate execution of guest needs.
• Oversee packing, unpacking, wardrobe care, and handling of personal items with the highest level of confidentiality.
• Deliver refined etiquette, professional presence, and polished communication at all times.
• Support cultural expectations and preferences of East Slavic speaking guests, ensuring a tailored and welcoming environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Butler or Guest Relations professional in luxury hospitality.
• Fluency in East Slavic and strong command of English.
• Exceptional grooming, interpersonal skills, and service mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with discretion and professionalism.
