We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Executive Accommodation & Camp Management to oversee the efficient operation, administration, and maintenance of employee accommodations and labor camps. The role is responsible for ensuring a safe, hygienic, and well-managed living environment in line with company policies, local regulations, and HSE standards.

  • Key responsibilities include managing room allocations, occupancy records, and movement of employees in and out of accommodations. The executive will coordinate daily operations related to housekeeping, catering, laundry, waste management, security, and transportation within the camp.
  • Regular inspections must be conducted to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with statutory and company requirements, with timely corrective actions taken where needed.
  • The role involves close coordination with maintenance teams and external vendors to ensure prompt resolution of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and civil issues. The executive will raise service requests, monitor service levels, and ensure adherence to agreed SLAs. Managing accommodation-related inventories, assets, and consumables, including furniture, appliances, and safety equipment, is also a key responsibility.
  • Handling employee queries, complaints, and grievances related to accommodation and camp facilities in a professional and timely manner is essential. The executive will maintain proper documentation, prepare reports on occupancy, expenses, incidents, and audits, and support management with data and recommendations for continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience in accommodation, camp, or facilities management, preferably in industries managing large workforces. Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and handle issues independently. Knowledge of local regulations and a hands-on, solution-oriented approach will be key to success in this role.
