Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Cluster Executive Chef at Frontel Jeddah Tahlia located in Jeddah. As a Cluster Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the culinary operations of multiple restaurants within the cluster. Your day-to-day tasks will include menu planning, food preparation, managing kitchen staff, ensuring consistent food quality and presentation, and maintaining kitchen hygiene and safety standards. This role requires both leadership skills to manage the kitchen team and creativity to develop innovative and flavorful menu options.

  • Culinary expertise and proficiency in various cooking techniques
  • Experience in menu planning and creating innovative and flavorful dishes
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and safety standards
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Flexibility and adaptability to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality industry is a plus
  • Culinary degree or certification is preferred
