Executive Chef - Chocolatier
Location: Dubai, UAE
We are seeking an accomplished Executive Chef with extensive experience in chocolate production to lead our culinary operations. The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in chocolate-making techniques, production management, and team leadership within high-volume environments.
Experience in pastry is a plus, but the core focus is on chocolate mastery and overseeing large-scale production with consistent quality and innovation.
Candidates with international exposure, particularly those who bring a European culinary approach and craftsmanship, are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all operations in the chocolate production facility, ensuring exceptional product consistency.
- Manage and mentor production teams, including sous chefs and line staff.
- Oversee recipe development, refinement, and production scaling.
- Collaborate with R&D, Quality, and Operations on new product launches.
- Implement high standards of hygiene, food safety, and factory compliance.
- Drive continuous improvement in processes, efficiency, and output.
- Ensure alignment of production with seasonal collections and product calendars.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef, Chef de Production, or Master Chocolatier in a factory or large-scale production environment.
- Strong technical mastery in chocolate formulation, tempering, molding, and finishing.
- Experience managing medium to large culinary teams.
- A background in pastry is beneficial.
- International profile with exposure to European chocolate/pastry practices preferred.
- Ability and willingness to relocate to Dubai.
