Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Executive Chef to join our team and play a key role in shaping the culinary direction of our hotels.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee all culinary operations, ensuring brand standards are implemented and maintained across properties.
  • Drive the successful pre-opening and opening of new hotels and venues.
  • Develop innovative menus while maintaining cost control and operational efficiency.
  • Train, mentor, and inspire kitchen teams to achieve excellence.
  • Travel as required to support openings and ensure consistency across international locations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef within luxury hotels or high-end hospitality groups.
  • Strong knowledge of international cuisines and food trends.
  • Demonstrated success in hotel/venue openings and brand implementation.
  • Ability to travel frequently while being based in Dubai.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
