We are looking for a passionate and experienced Executive Chef to join our team and play a key role in shaping the culinary direction of our hotels.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee all culinary operations, ensuring brand standards are implemented and maintained across properties.
- Drive the successful pre-opening and opening of new hotels and venues.
- Develop innovative menus while maintaining cost control and operational efficiency.
- Train, mentor, and inspire kitchen teams to achieve excellence.
- Travel as required to support openings and ensure consistency across international locations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef within luxury hotels or high-end hospitality groups.
- Strong knowledge of international cuisines and food trends.
- Demonstrated success in hotel/venue openings and brand implementation.
- Ability to travel frequently while being based in Dubai.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
