Job Description

  • Develop and implement strategies to identify new business opportunities and enhance revenue growth in line with the company's objectives
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and gather competitive intelligence, staying informed about industry trends and market dynamics
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients and proactively engage with new prospects through networking, industry events, and targeted outreach
  • Support the preparation of proposals, presentations, and tenders, ensuring alignment with client needs and company capabilities
  • Assist in the formulation and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and market reach

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in business development or sales, within the marine or logistics sector
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events
