- Cairo, Egypt | Regional Scope (GCC & MENA)
- We are a regional intellectual property enforcement and brand protection firm operating across the Middle East
- The is based at our Cairo (Maadi) office and plays a cross-functional role supporting executive leadership across operational coordination, business development initiatives, corporate communications, and regional events. The position bridges strategy and execution, ensuring the seamless delivery of regional projects and organizational priorities
- Key Responsibilities
- Executive & Operational Coordination
- Provide direct coordination support to executive leadership
- Manage meeting logistics, executive calendars, and regional scheduling, book hotels/ flights, etc..
- Track action items and ensure cross-departmental alignment and follow-through
- Prepare presentations, reports, and strategic documentation as required
- Business Development
- Support regional business development initiatives and market expansion efforts
- Draft proposals, partnership materials, and strategic outreach communications
- Coordinate with rights holders, brand representatives, and external stakeholders
17 Maintain stakeholder engagement trackers and structured follow-up systems.
- Prepare briefing materials and supporting documentation for executive meetings
- Regional Event Management
- Lead planning and coordination of workshops and corporate events across multiple countries
- Develop agendas, presentations, and supporting materials
- Coordinate logistics, branding materials, participant communication, and post-event reporting
- Design and manage tracking tools to monitor execution and outcomes
- PR & Corporate Communications
- Manage the company's LinkedIn presence and external communications strategy
- Draft bilingual (Arabic/English) corporate communications and official correspondence
- Support media initiatives and campaign coordination
- Develop company profiles, corporate presentations, and website content
- Website & Brand Development
- Lead website content restructuring and messaging development
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing, communication, and event materials
Requirements
HR & Organizational Support
34 Coordinate with HR agencies and support recruitment processes.
35 Assist in improving internal coordination systems and documentation workflows.
- Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in business development, communications, or corporate coordination roles
- Minimum 8 years of experience in admin positions
- Experience as a personal assistant role
- Strong project management and organizational capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, regional environment
- Strong cross-functional coordination skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in design and presentation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe, or similar platforms)
- Minimum experience: 8 years
