The Executive Director will serve as the chief executive officer of the organization, responsible for overseeing the strategic direction, operational efficiency, and overall management of the entity. Job Requirements:

  • A minimum of 15 years of progressive leadership experience, with at least 7 years in a senior management role, preferably in a non-profit or public sector environment.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing strategic plans that have resulted in sustainable growth and operational excellence.
  • Extensive experience in financial management, including budget development, forecasting, and resource allocation, demonstrating a strategic approach to organizational sustainability.
  • Deep understanding of fundraising strategies and donor relations, with a successful history of securing funding from diverse sources, including grants, sponsorships, and individual contributions.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a demonstrated ability to mentor, motivate, and guide a diverse workforce towards achieving organizational goals.
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution abilities, with a proven capacity to engage with various stakeholders, including board members, community leaders, and government officials.
  • Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion principles, with a record of fostering an inclusive organizational culture.
  • Advanced knowledge of relevant federal, state, and local regulations affecting the organization's operations and required compliance measures.

  • Act as a key spokesperson for the organization, promoting its mission and goals while cultivating relationships with media and public stakeholders.
