Job Requirements:

  • Proven ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, including board members, funders, community leaders, and employees.
  • A robust understanding of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, with experience ensuring organizational sustainability and transparency.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory compliance issues, ensuring adherence to all governing laws and regulations.
  • Exceptional skills in change management, with the ability to drive organizational transformation while maintaining team morale and engagement.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively represent the organization externally and engage diverse audiences.

Job Responsibilities:
