Job Summary
Leads the enterprise educational advisory function by driving research, innovation, data governance, and beneficiary experience strategies. The role ensures alignment with organizational objectives through evidence-based insights, robust data management practices, and the continuous enhancement of beneficiary experience across the organization.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Education Advisory
- Collect sector insights, strategic priorities, and innovation inputs
- Define applied research and innovation agendas aligned with enterprise strategy
- Prioritize research themes and innovation focus areas
- Conduct research and provide advisory to leadership in line with enterprise objectives
- Present evidence-based recommendations to support strategic decision-making
2. Data Management Office
- Develop enterprise knowledge and data management frameworks, standards, and repository structures
- Define data ownership, access controls, and data usage protocols across the organization
- Implement enterprise-wide knowledge and data management systems
- Establish and maintain centralized knowledge and data repositories
- Monitor data quality, integrity, and adherence to governance standards
- Identify data governance gaps and enforce corrective actions to ensure data reliability and compliance
3. Beneficiary Experience Center of Excellence
- Define the beneficiary experience strategy aligned with enterprise objectives
- Translate strategy into clear objectives, standards, and decision-right frameworks
- Establish governance mechanisms to oversee experience implementation across the organization
- Define beneficiary experience KPIs and measurement frameworks
- Measure performance across all touchpoints using defined indicators
- Develop structured performance and experience reports
- Identify improvement areas and drive continuous enhancement initiatives
Years of Experience
- Minimum 12–15 years of experience in educational advisory, strategy, data management, or related fields
- At least 5–7 years in a senior leadership role
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, Public Policy, Data Management, or a related field
- Master's degree (e.g., MBA or equivalent) is preferred
- Strong expertise in educational advisory, research, data governance, and experience design
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
