About the Job

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Executive Director of Guest ExperienceProgramming to join Jumeirah Group & Corporate.

The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

  • Create a scalable, portfolio-wide guest experience programming framework, ensuring consistent delivery for top-tier guests
  • Curate signature seasonal activations, embedding distinctive, high-touch moments that reinforce brand identity and drive guest affinity.
  • Lead and support the properties to build detailed step by step processes to allow systematic execution of execution on properties
  • Inspire and empower hotel leadership teams, cultivating a culture of elevated service, design thinking, and operational excellence through coaching, governance, and cross-functional alignment.
  • Champion data-driven innovation, translating guest insights, market intelligence, and performance metrics into continuous experience enhancements that strengthen brand equity and business impact.

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • 15+ years leadership in global luxury hospitality, including senior roles shaping guest experience across multi-property or international portfolios.
  • Expertise in crafting bespoke, emotionally resonant guest journeys for high-value clientele such as VIPs, elite loyalty members, and luxury guests.
  • Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional strategic programmes that elevate brand positioning, service excellence, and guest satisfaction.
  • Deep operational grounding across front-of-house and experience functions, with strong exposure to suites, villas, private residences, or members-only environments.
  • Organized, systematic and hands on operator, as well as globally minded, culturally fluent leader with a track record of adapting luxury standards to regional nuances while maintaining brand integrity.
