We are seeking an exceptional Executive Director for our Privilege Clients Group in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. This pivotal role will spearhead our efforts to provide unparalleled service and innovative financial solutions to our high-net-worth clientele.

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to grow the Privilege Clients Group's market share and profitability
  • Inspire a team of seasoned professionals to deliver exceptional client service and achieve business objectives
  • Forge and nurture relationships with ultra-high-net-worth clients, corporates, families, and institutions
  • Oversee the development and implementation of tailored wealth management strategies for privileged clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative financial products and services
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk management policies
  • Represent the organization at high-level industry events and forums
  • Drive business development initiatives to expand the client base and increase assets under management
  • Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to maintain the group's leading position in the industry

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in business administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in senior leadership roles within the banking or financial services industry
  • Proven track record in managing and growing relationships with high-net-worth clients
  • Extensive knowledge of wealth management, private banking, and investment strategies for affluent individuals
  • Strong financial acumen and ability to analyze complex financial information
  • Exceptional strategic planning and execution skills
  • Outstanding leadership abilities with a talent for motivating and developing high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
  • Demonstrated expertise in risk management and regulatory compliance
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools
  • Professional certifications such as CFA or CFP are preferred
  • Fluency in English knowledge of Arabic or other languages relevant to the region is a plus
