The Role

We are seeking a highly professional and experienced Executive Driver to provide safe, reliable, and confidential transportation support to senior stakeholders. This role requires exceptional driving skills, strong knowledge of Dubai roads, and the ability to manage schedules, routes, and responsibilities with discretion and efficiency. In addition to driving duties, the role will support general office activities and deliveries as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide executivelevel driving services for senior leaders, ensuring punctuality, safety, and comfort at all times
• Maintain a clean, wellpresented vehicle and ensure regular servicing and upkeep
• Plan routes proactively, considering traffic patterns, road closures, and time constraints
• Manage daily schedules, pickups, and dropoffs with precision and flexibility
• Handle confidential information with absolute discretion
• Support office operations when required, including deliveries, document collection, and general administrative errands
• Assist with adhoc tasks to ensure smooth daytoday operations

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of driving experience in Dubai, with strong familiarity of major routes, landmarks, and traffic regulations
• Valid Dubai driving license
• Strong communication skills to ensure clear coordination, accurate understanding of instructions, and effective communication in a fastpaced environment
• Proven experience driving 4WD vehicles
• Demonstrated experience supporting senior executives or VIP clients
• Clean driving record with no history of collisions or major traffic violations
• Excellent punctuality, reliability, and timemanagement skills
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
• Wellorganized, proactive, and able to adapt to changing schedules
• Calm, composed, and serviceoriented
• Presentable and courteous at all times
• Strong sense of responsibility and ownership
• Ability to anticipate needs and act with initiative
