Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Engineer based in Cairo, Egypt. Responsibilities include overseeing project planning and execution, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, and maintaining high-quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. The Executive Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor progress, manage timelines, and address any challenges. Additionally, the role involves providing technical advice, preparing reports, and ensuring project deliverables are completed on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in project planning, execution, and management within the construction and contracting industry.
• Strong technical knowledge in engineering principles, construction processes, and material specifications.
• Proficiency in engineering design, structural analysis, and using relevant software tools.
• Effective communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills.
• Problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented approach to project challenges.
• Proficient in preparing reports, documentation, and project presentations.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, or related Engineering discipline (Master's degree is a plus).
• Previous experience working on large-scale projects is an advantage.
