Executive - Enterprise Systems Delivery - FICO

JOB PURPOSE

The Enterprise Systems Delivery is responsible for supporting, configuring, enhancing, and optimizing Finance related enterprise systems and ERP solutions. The role serves as the bridge between Finance business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that financial processes are effectively translated into system functionality while maintaining system stability, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Informatics, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in ERP/Enterprise Systems functional consulting or support.

• Strong experience in Finance business processes and accounting principles.

• Experience supporting one or more ERP platforms such as:

o SAP FI/CO, MM

o Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance

• Experience with reporting and analytics tools. Knowledge & Technical Skills

• ERP Finance module configuration and support experience.

• Business process mapping and requirements gathering.

• Knowledge of ERP integrations and data flows.

• Understanding of testing methodologies and change management practices.

• Familiarity with SQL and database concepts is a plus.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Engage with Finance stakeholders to understand business processes, requirements, and challenges, and document functional requirements, process flows, and business scenarios.

• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system solutions, and propose process improvements and system enhancements that increase efficiency and control.

• Provide functional support across Finance modules and related enterprise applications, covering General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Budgeting and Planning, Treasury and Cash Management, Financial Reporting, Cost Accounting, and Intercompany Accounting.

• Manage and resolve application incidents, service requests, and system issues within agreed service levels: conduct root cause analysis, recommend corrective and preventive actions, and maintain data integrity and system reliability across financial processes.

• Prepare test plans, test scripts, and business scenarios, and execute System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing to validate that solutions meet business requirements before deployment.

• Support production releases and post-deployment validation, including implementation of new features and modules, and assess the business impact of system changes.

• Coordinate with technical teams and vendors on custom developments, integrations, and enhancements, and support ERP implementation, upgrade, migration, and transformation projects through planning, risk assessment, and deployment activities.

• Build and maintain financial reports and dashboards, support compliance with company policies, audit requirements, and financial controls, and assist internal and external auditors with system-related inquiries and evidence collection.
