Job Description

Job Summary

The Executive Health Concierge / Clinical Coordinator (Phlebotomist) is responsible for delivering high-quality clinical support through phlebotomy, coordinating the end-to-end client journey, and ensuring efficient clinic operations. The role requires a highly organised, proactive individual who can effectively manage multiple stakeholders while maintaining exceptional standards of patient care.

Key Responsibilities

1. Phlebotomy & Clinical Support

  • Perform venepuncture (phlebotomy) and specimen collection in accordance with clinical protocols.
  • Ensure accurate specimen handling, labelling, and timely dispatch to partner laboratories.
  • Maintain clinical supplies, equipment, and treatment areas.
  • Prepare consultation files and maintain accurate EMR documentation.
  • Assist physicians in reviewing and consolidating laboratory, imaging, and diagnostic reports by ensuring completeness, highlighting outstanding investigations, and flagging abnormal findings based on established reference ranges.

2. Client Journey Management

  • Serve as the primary contact throughout the client's healthcare journey.
  • Coordinate consultations, bloodwork, imaging, specialist referrals, and diagnostic investigations.
  • Manage appointment scheduling, follow-ups, report readiness, and next steps.
  • Ensure timely completion of investigations and a seamless client experience.

3. Clinical Operations & Coordination

  • Coordinate with laboratories, imaging centres, specialists, sports clubs and other healthcare partners.
  • Monitor investigation turnaround times and ensure reports are available before physician consultations.
  • Support physicians by ensuring complete documentation and efficient clinical workflows.
  • Communicate professionally using appropriate medical terminology.

4. Operations & Compliance

  • Support daily clinic operations and workflow efficiency.
  • Ensure billing accuracy and follow up on outstanding payments where required.
  • Maintain organised records, audit readiness, and compliance with PDPA, MOH regulations, and Company policies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Company.

Requirements

  • Recognised Phlebotomy certification or equivalent.
  • Experience in a healthcare, hospital, or clinical environment is preferred
  • Strong organisational, multitasking, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to liaise effectively with healthcare providers, sports clubs, insurers, and external vendors.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and EMR systems.
  • Professional, proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering excellent patient care.
