Raya Smart Buildings; one of Raya's subsidiaries is hiring a Executive (IT).
What will you do
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, data centers, IP telephony, and structured cabling.
- Manage and maintain low-current systems, including sound systems, projectors, interactive displays, digital signage, and podcast/AV equipment.
- Oversee network performance, monitor bandwidth utilization, latency, and proactively resolve connectivity issues.
- Manage security and access systems, including NVR/CCTV, access control doors, fingerprint systems, and related integrations.
- Provide advanced technical support to internal staff and tenants for hardware, software, network, and communication systems.
- Support meeting rooms, conference facilities, and shared workspaces to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues related to connectivity, latency, and throughput.
- Develop and maintain documentation for systems and network infrastructure and configurations.
- Establish and manage a comprehensive IT asset management system covering hardware, software, and licenses.
What will you need
- 1–3 years of experience in Information Technology and low current or ELV systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Electronics Engineering, or a related field
- Managing technicians and blue-collar workers.
- Good Communication Skills
- Good Problem-Solving and Decision-Making
- Networking & Infrastructure:
- LAN/WAN design, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Routing & Switching (TCP/IP, VLANs, NAT, QoS)
- Wireless networks (Wi-Fi design, security, optimization)
- IP Telephony (IP Phones, VoIP systems)
- Structured cabling (CAT6, fiber optics, patch panels)
- Security Systems & Access Control:
- CCTV and NVR systems management
- Access control and door systems
- Fingerprint / biometric systems
- Network security fundamentals (firewalls, VPNs, access control)
- Low-Current & AV Systems:
- Sound systems and public address systems
- Digital signage and podcast/AV equipment
- Projectors and interactive screens
- Meeting room and conference system support
