Executive Level Portfolio Manager

Dubai Based - 6 Month Contract - Immediate Start

I'm currently looking for an experienced Senior Portfolio Manager for an immediate six-month engagement in the UAE.

The role will oversee a portfolio of non-integrated businesses across multiple industries, working closely with senior leadership to monitor performance, drive value creation and support M&A and potential exit activity.

We're looking for someone with experience across:

• Portfolio management and investment oversight

• Value creation / operational transformation

• M&A processes, including valuation, SPAs, SHAs and transaction execution

• Board-level reporting and performance frameworks

• Working directly with CEOs and senior management teams

• Evaluating and improving businesses across multiple sectors

Backgrounds could include Private Equity, Investment Banking, Corporate Development, Strategy Consulting, conglomerates or portfolio transformation.

Arabic speaking is preferred, although strong non-Arabic speakers will also be considered.
