Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Management Assistant, located in Sharjah. The Executive Management Assistant will provide comprehensive executive administrative support, manage expense reports, and assist with day-to-day administrative responsibilities. The role requires acting as a liaison, facilitating communication, and ensuring efficient operations for executive management.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance to support high-level executives
- Ability to manage Expense Reports and ensure accurate financial and administrative tracking
- Strong Executive Support skills to handle organizational priorities and tasks efficiently
- Excellent Communication skills to act as a liaison and ensure clear correspondence
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
- Proficiency in office software and management tools
- Previous experience (0 to 3 years) in a similar role is required
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
