Role Description

This is a temporary on-site role for an Executive Management Assistant located in Dubai. The role involves providing top-notch executive administrative assistance, preparing and managing expense reports, and delivering comprehensive support for executive-level tasks. The selected candidate will handle a wide range of administrative responsibilities, effectively assist executive staff, and maintain open communication across teams and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance tasks
  • Skill in creating and managing Expense Reports
  • Experience in providing Executive Support and managing executive-level tasks effectively
  • Excellent Communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Proficiency in standard office software and tools
  • Bachelor's degree in business, office administration, or a related field
