Job Description
Role Purpose:
To manage integration plans and execution to ensure seamless connectivity between systems, applications, and data sources to support business agility, scalability, and digital transformation objectives.
Key Accountabilities:
1-Integration & Governance
- Define and standardize enterprise integration frameworks and patterns to ensure consistency and reusability across systems.
- Establish governance models, policies, and KPIs to monitor integration performance and compliance.
- Align integration plans with business and IT objectives to support scalability, agility, and innovation.
2-Architecture Enablement
- Design scalable integration architectures (e.g., API-led, event-driven, microservices) to support evolving business needs.
- Manage integration platforms and tools to ensure performance, security, and maintainability.
- Implement architectural best practices to reduce technical debt and improve system resilience.
3-Integration Delivery
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of integration solutions, ensuring alignment with project timelines and quality standards.
- Define integration standards, reusable components, and testing protocols to accelerate delivery and reduce defects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration across applications and data sources.
4-Risk & Compliance Management
- Identify and mitigate integration-related risks, including data loss, latency, and system incompatibility.
- Ensure integration solutions comply with regulatory, security, and organizational standards.
- Maintain audit readiness by documenting integration controls, logs, and traceability.
5-Team Collaboration
- Build a high-performing integration team with clear roles, responsibilities, and development plans.
- Promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Provide coaching and training to enhance technical expertise and ensure readiness for future integration challenges.
