Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Manager - Cybersecurity Governance & Advisory, based in Abu Dhabi. The role includes leading the development and implementation of cybersecurity governance frameworks, policies, and standards, while overseeing compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. The role involves providing expert advice to management on cybersecurity risks, strategies, and controls, and conducting assessments to identify and mitigate risks. The Executive Manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a secure organizational culture and manage cybersecurity remediation plans.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in cybersecurity governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
• Strong leadership and management skills to guide teams and ensure adherence to cybersecurity policies and procedures.
• Experience in developing and implementing cybersecurity policies, standards, and best practices.
• Proficiency in regulatory requirements and industry standards such as UAE IA, CBUAE regulations, ISO 27001, NIST, and PCI DSS.
• Exceptional communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders and provide cybersecurity guidance at strategic and operational levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess and mitigate cybersecurity risks.
• Relevant certifications, such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA, are highly beneficial.
• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
