About the Role

The Executive – Marketing (UAEN) plays a key role within the Marketing Department, working closely with the Corporate Director of Marketing to execute and support the company's marketing strategy and business objectives.

This role is responsible for ensuring consistent brand representation across all marketing channels and touchpoints. The Executive-Marketing collaborates with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective marketing initiatives, ensuring the company's key messages are communicated clearly and consistently. The successful candidate will contribute to enhancing brand awareness, driving engagement, and supporting overall business growth.

Responsibilities

Implement Marketing Strategies

• Work closely with the Corporate Director of Marketing to implement the plans and strategies for the Aldar Hospitality portfolio.
• Ongoing communication with the business units on the updated information regarding campaigns and promotions.

Content Creation and Management

• Collaborate with the social media agency to develop engaging content for social media pages of Aldar Hospitality.
• Update and maintain the Aldar Hospitality website.
• Partner with the content team to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all platforms.
• Ensure all business units information, promotions, etc. are properly updated in DARNA Rewards app.
• Liaise with the DARNA Rewards team for all promotional activities for the business units.
• Liaise with the Human Resources team to update information on Workvivo platform.
• Work closely with the Human Resources department for all related marketing material required.
• Liaise with the Digital Future Team to update various platforms (Live Aldar, Experiences Website, etc.) and launch campaigns.
• Ensure that all teams always are adhering to the Aldar brand standards.
• Occasional support of self-operated businesses units.

Collaboration and Communication

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
• Effectively communicate marketing plans, progress, and results to stakeholders.

Event Management

• Assist in the organization of events and partnerships to enhance brand visibility.

Required skills and qualifications

• Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree
• 3-5 years relevant experience
• Proven experience as an Executive - Marketing or similar role
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Knowledge of hospitality industry
• Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and tools
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data
• Creative thinker with a passion for marketing and a results-oriented approach.
