Job Title: Executive Officer

Abu Dhabi University is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Executive Officer to join our Talent Empowerment and Growth department. This full-time administrative staff position plays a pivotal role in supporting the Provost by ensuring the effective execution of the University's academic strategy. The Executive Officer will be responsible for coordinating executive priorities, governance processes, and strategic initiatives, while facilitating seamless communication between the Office of the Provost and both internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess advanced technical knowledge and systems use, exceptional communication and collaboration skills, and a strong ability to solve problems and align with institutional goals. Proficiency in ERP systems, Microsoft Office, and data analysis tools is essential, along with a proven track record of effective time management, team collaboration, and adaptability. A minimum of a Bachelor's degree and relevant experience in a similar role are required.
