Job Description

Main tasks include:

  • Act as the administrative point of contact for internal and external clients
  • Assist with data gathering and entry, and preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Develop and maintain a filing system and databases.
  • Maintain contact lists.
  • Provide administrative, logistical, and secretarial support to the team.
  • Assist with the management of the organization's finances and compliance with internal policies.
  • Assist in event planning and execution, including travel arrangements, event setup, event execution, and event closeout
  • Perform miscellaneous administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree Business Management or finance related
  • Minimum one year experience in a finance or administrative role
  • Bilingual English-Arabic speaking
  • Strong preference to someone with market experience in KSA
