The Executive Performance will support the execution and optimization of Paid Social campaigns for MENA-region clients. This role includes hands-on campaign management, reporting, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure performance goals are met.
A Typical Day Will Include
- Assist in setting up, monitoring, and optimizing campaigns across paid social platforms, with a primary focus on LinkedIn and WhatsApp.
- Work closely with operations teams to ensure campaigns meet KPIs through daily optimizations, pacing checks, and troubleshooting.
- Support client onboarding by ensuring accurate campaign setup, audience implementation, and performance tracking.
- Stay informed on updates, new features, and best practices on LinkedIn and WhatsApp; share key learnings with the wider team.
- Maintain campaign quality through regular audits and adherence to internal processes and platform guidelines.
- Collaborate with planning teams to ensure campaign execution aligns with client objectives and audience strategies.
- Contribute to internal reporting, insights generation, and performance summaries.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- Experience in a similar agency or digital marketing role, specifically in paid social activation.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager; experience with WhatsApp advertising or Meta platforms is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Basic understanding of tracking tools (e.g., Campaign Manager 360, Google Analytics, MMPs) is a plus.
- Certifications in Meta Blueprint or LinkedIn Marketing Labs are preferred.
