Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Personal Assistant located in Dubai. The Executive Personal Assistant will be responsible for managing schedules and diaries, performing day-to-day clerical tasks, and providing executive and personal assistance. The role includes organizing meetings, maintaining records, ensuring effective communication, and supporting executives in various administrative and operational tasks.

Qualifications

  • Strong Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
  • Proficiency in Diary Management and Clerical Skills
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
  • Relevant experience of up to 3 years in a similar role
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
