Job Description
Job Summary
- Condo in Jurong
- Budget up to $4,300 plus bonuses
- 5 day week
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct inspections of units to ensure that the actual handover of units to purchasers and the common areas to the Managing Agent are in order.
- Ensure that all defects rectification work is done properly and efficiently by contractors.
- During the process of handover or during the tenancy period, issues on defects, complaints or disputes must be addressed in a timely and efficient manner with excellent customer service.
- oversee the appointed managing agent in the management and maintenance of the common property as well as ensuring proper maintenance of vacant units/ sites.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Real Estate, Facilities Management, Project Management or relevant
- Minimum 3 yrs relevant experience in property management.
- Possess good interpersonal, communication and co-ordination skills
- Attentive to details and commitment to quality standards
- Keen sense of urgency and a good team player.
